Most advice aimed at capable people keeps them in the water: cope better, recover faster, reframe harder. It treats the tiredness and leaves the cause untouched. And the cause is almost never a flaw in you — it’s the conditions you’re operating inside.
The real question isn’t “what’s wrong with me?” It’s “what pattern am I caught in — and what would actually need to change?”
